 You don’t have to put those string lights away after the holidays. There are so many elegant ways to incorporate string lights into your home decor.

1. Wrap them around an interestingly shaped mirror

2.Create a tree

3.Use them with clothespins to hang photographs.

4.Create a lit-up display by poking holes in a canvas.

5.String lights around baskets, or fill baskets with lights.


I love image transfers. It’s something I’m always using in my journals but there are so many other fun uses for them. All you need to make a transfer is a photocopy of an image or words and packing tape. You can also use printouts from a laser printer or magazine pages. Inkjets will not work…
